Continuing Education
Continuing Education is not tracked at the board level, but occasionally audited by the state of Indiana. Agents are not required to submit their CE certificates to anyone; instead, they should save the proof of completion in an accessible place for up to 5 years in case of an audit.
BBOR does ensure the Code of Ethics (COE) requirement is met for each 3 year cycle by collecting proof of completion certificates. Submit your COE certificates to info@homefinder.org.
*Requirements for Continuing Education vary based on when someone obtained their license and if they are a managing broker or not. Please check the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA) website for information about the requirements and the cycle open/close dates.
