REALTORS Give Back
REALTORS strongly believe that supporting charitable organizations is critically important and continue to be committed in providing assistance to positively
impact the communities in which the work and live. The BBOR Community Grants Committee recently distributed funds to support local organizations in Monroe and
Owen counties this year including: Abilities Unlimited, Area Ten Agency on Aging, Bloomington Hospital Foundation, Community Kitchen, Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc.,
Habitat for Humanity, LIFE-Designs, Martha’s House, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, Owen County Fair Association, and Stepping Stones. The organizations awarded with
contributions this year answered the call for proposals that related to housing, health and safety issues, and beautification projects, all of which are of primary
importance to area REALTORS. Although funding for charitable organizations is limited, REALTORS do their best to continue to provide support as well as volunteer with
numerous local nonprofits.

Indiana Real Estate Markets Report:http://www.indianaishome.com/4_0_Reports.asp
Established in May 2009, the Indiana Real Estate Markets Report was the first-ever county-by-county comparison of existing home sales in Indiana. The reports tell how the statewide housing market is performing according to eight different indicators, each with one-month and year-to-date comparisons, as well as a historical look. It also provides specific county information for 91 of Indiana's 92 counties in a table format, allowing for consistent comparison between local markets. The data is directly obtained from a partnership with 26 of the state's 27 Realtor listings services. Go to http://www.indianaishome.com
